**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage sales and marketing projects using HubSpot tools to meet client goals.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, offer recommendations, and align project activities with their business strategies.
- Monitor project performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients for optimization.
- Train and support clients on effective use of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation features to maximize their results.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and marketing trends to recommend innovative solutions to clients.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in project management within a sales and marketing context, particularly with HubSpot.
- Proficient in HubSpot tools, including CRM and marketing automation software.
- Strong experience in managing client relationships and effectively communicating project updates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for optimization.
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and strategies.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
