Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Total Rewards Communications Operations Manager to be located in either our New Brunswick (NJ) Tampa (FL) or Bogota (CO) office. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver in a structured manner ongoing and emerging content for North America and LATAM regional communications across compensation and benefits areas to drive awareness, understanding and adoption of our Total Rewards programs (benefits/well-being offerings and compensation processes) - Act as global squad leader to help shape with other Regional Global Services communications team members on common initiatives and devise fit-for-market messaging - Collaborate with Global Services, Corporate Services and Total Rewards partners to ensure reliable, consistent program delivery, in line with the TR Strategy / called out Priorities - Lead all aspects of NA and LATAM regional total rewards communications - Build, handle and manage the content calendar to deliver optimized content for the relevant platform, in partnership with Enterprise/Corporate Communications team and Head of Total Rewards Branding - Measure, track & report effectiveness of regional and global communications, in accordance with Total Rewards objectives and mechanisms - Test, learn and provide insights on what’s working and what’s not, and make content recommendations and action learnings in real time - Be responsible for accurate availability & maintenance of regional program content - Ensure adherence to J&J branding & visual design guidelines **Qualifications** **Education**: Experience and Skills: Required: - 6 years of relevant experience working in a Compensation/Benefits/Well-being and HRBP/Communications /Marketing capacity with a strategic focus & global remit is required Preferred: - Experience managing a large scale complex global communications project - Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment - Experience with content creation and strategy - Experience in working with third party communication vendors Other: - 10% travel may be required Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
