**Position**:Revenue Risk Management Assistant

**City**:Bucaramanga (On-site)

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

**Remuneration**: $2'500.000 - 2'800.000

**Job description**: Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures. Conduct detailed risk assessments. Provide administrative support to the risk management team. Assist in the preparation of risk management reports. Monitor and analyze risk management issues.

**Responsabilities**:

- Monitor HHA Exchange for accuracy and resolve issues if any.
- Great Plains Payment Postings **Reconcile Payments with AR**:

- Verify billing accuracy for new clients added weekly, diagnostic, treatment, and procedure codes into a database using this set medical protocol to produce a statement or claim.
- Investigate rejected claims, verify this information with the health provider, and update the new details into the database.
- Responsible for dealing with collections and insurance fraud.

**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:

- High school graduate.
- Bookkeeping and accounting experience preferred. (Great Plains software).
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical coding and terminology.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality related to client information.
