We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and business development efforts. This role focuses on digital marketing execution, website management, and campaign support across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with website development, SEO, paid advertising, and CRM system integration, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with website development, updates, and maintenance, ensuring functionality, performance, and brand consistency.
• Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content updates, and performance tracking.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns, including ad creation, budget monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Assist with CRM system integration, lead tracking, and automation between marketing platforms and sales systems.
• Monitor marketing analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support content updates, landing pages, and lead-generation initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy and proper tagging across marketing and CRM platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with website development platforms (WordPress, Wix, Webflow, or similar)
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, AppFolio, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating marketing platforms with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management
• Graphic design or content management experience is a plus.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or service-based industries is a plus.
