**Main duties**:

- Drafting/Negotiation/Reviewing high volume of commercial contracts including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Supplier Contracts, Licensing Agreements, Data Privacy and Security Agreements.
- Liaising with internal business clients and stakeholders as well as external clients and stakeholders to ensure timely review, negotiation, and adherence with internal policies and practices.
- Coordinate the drafting, review, and proper execution of all contracts with business units, service lines, IT, HR, Legal and Finance, as applicable.
- Formulate contract/commercial risk assessments and deliver contract briefings.
- Collaborate with project teams to fully understand the products and/or services being provided and develop contract document templates.
- Establish positive and productive relationships with contract requestor(s), project teams, and senior leadership involved in contract process.
- Research legal issues and engage in fact gathering and checking to provide support to senior legal team on all assigned legal matters.
- Effective use of contract management tools / systems / automation

**Qualifications** Required Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution and a **postgraduate degree in Commercial Law**.
- ** Experience**: 3-4 years of post-graduate experience at a recognized top law firm.
- ** Language Proficiency**: C1 or greater English proficiency (written and spoken).
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with contract management software is a plus.
- ** Legal Registration**: Membership in the Colombian Bar Association (_Consejo Superior de la Judicatura_).

**Key Competencies**:

- Demonstrable experience of high-level contract drafting, negotiation, finalization and effective use of contract management policies and tools
- Solid working knowledge of legal issues related to global commercial transactions, including IP protection, data privacy and security and commercial disputes
- Pragmatic and commercial approach to problem solving and the ability to assess commercial risks; skilled at balancing legal risk with business objectives to get deals done.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
- Proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to pick things up quickly including a willingness to broaden experience and knowledge.
- Self-motivated and able to accomplish assigned tasks with mínimal supervision

- Strong ethics, integrity, and values including ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to agreement contents and other highly sensitive business matters and projects required.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to work under pressure with strict deadlines effectively in a fast-changing business environment.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, but also comfortable with taking ownership of projects and driving them to conclusion.
- Possess the ability to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a high-volume environment required
