In-House Legal Counsel – Región Latinoamérica

Buscamos un/a
abogado/a interno
con experiencia regional que pueda liderar temas legales clave para nuestro negocio de consumo en Latinoamérica. Esta posición será responsable de apoyar disputas, transacciones estratégicas y asuntos de cumplimiento normativo, trabajando de la mano con el Director Legal de la región.


Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestionar disputas con consumidores, investigaciones administrativas y litigios civiles y administrativos en los principales países de LATAM.
  • Realizar investigaciones legales y brindar asesoría sobre temas de promociones, publicidad, productos y servicios.
  • Revisar y negociar contratos de transacciones relevantes, apoyando proyectos comerciales estratégicos.


Conocimientos necesarios

  • Leyes de protección de datos, consumidor, ciberseguridad, fintech, competencia y derecho civil.
  • Procedimientos civiles y administrativos en la región.


Habilidades clave

  • Capacidad para brindar asesoría legal independiente en marketing, medios y publicidad.
  • Excelente comunicación con equipos internos y coordinación con firmas externas.
  • Experiencia gestionando litigios y disputas de forma autónoma.


Requisitos

  • Más de 3 años en electrónica de consumo (preferible).
  • Experiencia regional en Latinoamérica.
  • Más de 3 años en compliance enfocado en negocios B2C (preferible).
  • Experiencia sólida en revisión y negociación de contratos.
  • Manejo de disputas civiles, comerciales, laborales y de consumo, así como investigaciones gubernamentales.
