We are seeking a highly motivated **Junior Counsel** to join our legal team. This is a support role, ideal for a recent law graduate eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing to legal work under direct supervision and guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preliminary contract reviews and coordinate legal inquiries with internal teams under the direction of senior counsel.
- Prepare corporate documentation, such as meeting minutes and powers of attorney.
- Collaborate on legal matters related to labor, corporate, commercial, and regulatory law in countries such as Colombia, Mexico, Perú.
- Help address consumer-related legal issues, identifying potential risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support legal and business priorities, always under the leadership and supervision of senior team members.
- Assist in regulatory analysis by researching and summarizing legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to the online gaming industry in jurisdictions such as Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
- Support on labor-related matters, including assisting in compliance with local labor laws, reviewing employment contracts, and addressing employment-related inquiries.
- General administrative tasks related to legal matters

**Qualifications**:

- Law degree with basic knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
- Up to 2 years of experience or in the final stages of law school graduation.
- Proficient in English (B2-C1 level), The position requires English communication.
