**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain employee data and perform updates/edits to employee HR data Coupa’s global HCM from hire to retire
- Develop and manage standardized HR reports in the HR Systems to include weekly headcount reports, compliance, stock grant reports, any/all other data reports to support general HR queries
- Utilize and work within a case management tool for handling and prioritizing requests to ensure SLA is achieved
- Support new hire onboarding process including onboarding paperwork, employment verification, other HR Operations related tasks
- Create, update, and maintain personnel files, ensuring appropriate documentation and electronic file maintenance
- Focus on improvement of the employee user experience and driving a self-service model across various platforms
- Work with cross-functional teams to collect documentation for legal or compliance-related initiatives
- Analyze and compare data using tools such as Excel to draw conclusions and/or recommend courses of action
- Develop and communicate job aids, end-user operating guides, and business processes
- Support HR systems releases, identify impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicate appropriately with key stakeholders
- Develop processes to audit, analyze, resolve, and mitigate current and future issues
- Implement continuous improvement procedures that ensure the problem does not occur again or recommend products or services to better meet customers' needs
- Stay on top of local and global employment law to ensure alignment with Company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR operation or HR shared services organization
- Experience in working in a high-tech industry and fast-paced global environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with remote team members in various time zones
- Ability to function independently with mínimal supervision
- Experience with ADP, Ceridian, or other HR Systems
- Experience providing back-office administrative and transactional support for different types of HR functions
- Experience in using case tools for request handling and being accountable for SLA metrics for measuring performance
- Must have the ability to remain focused, professional, tactful, committed to confidentiality, and discrete when handling sensitive and/or confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (must know Vlookup and Pivot Table) and other Microsoft Office and Google suite products
- High-energy, is driven, articulate and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English and fluent in Spanish; additional Portuguese is a plus
