- Oversee and assist with the payroll processing for Colombia payroll and audit the process when needed.
- Stay updated on local labor law in order to update any on the localized policies if needed.
- Work cross-functionally to provide expertise on local payroll matters.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters.
- Partner closely with the HR team, and Legal team to identify and rectify any HR compliance and employment risks.
- Identify Ethics and Integrity matters that require follow-up or investigations, and as appropriate, conduct or support investigations to minimize employment risk.
- Drive special projects / programmes / continuous improvement initiatives as needed, to enhance efficiency of HR operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with at least 5 years of Payroll and HR operations/admin experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in coordinating Payroll (External provider).
- Advanced level microsoft package skills.
- Experience in working for large technology companies is a plus.
- Strategic thinking: Quickly evaluates situations, combines business judgment and people's intuition to reach well-founded decisions or recommendations.
- Able to work at pace while maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standards.
- Proactive and collaborative; performs with mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable to work with ambiguity and empowerment, in a dynamic and agile environment that changes daily.
- Confident communicator: fluent English is mandatory.
