**Schedule**: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) | **Weekends OFF**

**Your Role**:
As an **Insurance Support Specialist**, you’ll assist in **sales operations, client onboarding, and administrative tasks**, ensuring smooth processes between our Miami and Connecticut offices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare **quotes, illustrations, and client presentations**.
Assist **clients, brokers, and agencies** with onboarding, training, and documentation.
Manage **client inquiries, follow-ups, and records** with high accuracy.
Prepare **sales reports, commission statements, and translations** (EN/ES).
**Must-Haves**:
**1+ year in insurance/banking sales support** (life insurance preferred).
**Fluent in English & Spanish** (written/spoken, translation skills).
Strong **analytical, organizational, and multitasking** abilities.
Proficiency in **Microsoft Office & CRMs** (agency software is a plus).
**Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional** with HNWI clients.
