**We're Hiring: Business Support Specialist**

At **Access Financial Network**, we specialize in providing comprehensive accounting services including payroll, bookkeeping, and taxes for small businesses across the U.S. We are currently looking for a **Business Support Specialist** to join our growing team and support our financial advisors in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

As a **Business Support Specialist**, you will be a key player in ensuring seamless coordination between clients and our internal teams, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction by proactively addressing client needs and supporting our financial advisors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial evaluations of leads entering our sales pipeline.
- Provide valuable information to potential clients and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Assist clients by gathering necessary documents for onboarding.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and our financial advisors.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM.
- Document post-sale processes and keep accurate records.
- Request quotes from partners for insurance policies and business incorporation services.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely execution of processes.
- Follow up on client inquiries, claims, and service requests.
- Perform **data entry** tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer support, commercial, or operational coordination role.
- **Intermediate English (B1)** proficiency - able to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
- Strong **data entry** skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, **SharePoint**, and **Teams**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
