We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated
** Mid+ to Senior Project Manager**, responsible for overseeing the delivery of professional services to customers across multiple projects. Through strong interpersonal skills, open communication, and a balanced approach, the Project Manager achieves results and facilitates consensus.

**Your Duties as a Lean Tech**
**Warrior**:

- Manage projects in Jira
- Direct the development of a project strategy that supports the company's strategic business plan and coordinate this effort across all departments
- Create specifications based on an understanding the business
- Shakedown business concepts based on the value they provide
- Translate and simplify requirements for the development team
- Create flow charts to explain the process to the developers and other stakeholders
- Be the channel of communication with developers to get the job done
- Coordinate with product managers to understand the high-level design
- Assigns projects and tasks in Jira and ensures timely results against goals and established budgets
- Takes full accountability and ownership of systems by providing appropriate, accurate documentation and appropriate follow-up with company management
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, & recommending actions
- Lead the project team in defining and estimating features and tasks
- Build project plans

**Why We’ll Love You**:

- Associate Degree, or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Knowledge of PMBOK desired
- PMP and SCRUM certification preferred
- 3+ years of work experience in Project Management.
- Nice to hace: Experience performing as Scrum Master
- Experience in Jira or a similar ticketing system
- Experience in eliciting requirements and documentation
- Experience in strategic business process modeling, traceability, and quality management techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills (Both English and Spanish are a must)
- Knowledge of generating process documentation
