We invite a skilled and experienced Project Manager to initiate and manage a newly formed team of engineers. The team will focus on enhancing and maintaining POS systems integrations for our client’s advanced restaurant automation platform. This cloud-based platform specializes in delivering innovative solutions for dining establishments, including CMS, online menus, ordering and delivery, and marketing automation to restauranteurs across the US and worldwide.

** Is that you?**
- 3+ years’ commercial experience in IT Project Management
- Strong knowledge of project management theory
- Good understanding of Scrum methodology
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Strong interest in learning technical aspects of the project
- Experience in writing project requirements and effectively communicating them to the team
- Experience in effective planning, execution, and delivery
- Attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Ability to maintain project schedules
- Experience in building and managing new teams from scratch
- Upper-Intermediate English level

**Desirable**:

- Understanding of the Point-of-Sale domain
- Restaurant industry experience

**Key responsibilities and your contribution**

In this role, you’ll coordinate project activities to align with business objectives. You’ll ensure that the team follows established processes and guidelines, while also keeping the team’s work free of any obstacles and distractions.
- Manage a team of engineers in maintaining and enhancing existing and new POS and payment systems integrations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to obtain project requirements, provide updates, and align project goals; effectively communicate the requirements to the team
- Plan and distribute project work among team members to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Monitor project progress and assess team performance
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to the project
- Manage change, stakeholders, and risks associated with the project
- Efficiently allocate and manage project resources
