We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.

**About the role**:
Winona is looking to hire a part-time remote **Design Project Manager** to play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing design projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality design standards.

**Seniority level**:Mid-Senior Level

**Responsibilities**:

- Help manage all design projects in ClickUp and Figma, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assign time estimates to all tasks and delegate to each designer based on everyone's unique skillset, ensuring that no designer is overworked compared to another.
- Create weekly agendas for the design team based on ticket due dates and priorities.
- Ensure designers have everything they need and aren't experiencing blockers (stock images, copy, QR codes, etc.)
- Organize images/assets in Air (asset management software)
- Assist in ticket transition from design to dev, ensuring all documentation is complete and the developers have all information they need to proceed.
- Keep Figma clean and organized, getting rid of all extra assets and cleaning up old comments.
- Assist in developing and maintaining creative guidelines for ads, video, print design, social design, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Design Project Manager or similar role.
- 3 years of experience managing various projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (ClickUp is a big plus)
- Understanding of design principles and processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Availability to attend important meeting on EST timezone.
