**Responsabilidades**:

- Analizar y hacer seguimiento a la cartera de clientes para identificar cuentas vencidas.
- Diseñar estrategias de cobranza y coordinar su ejecución con los agentes de cartera.
- Generar reportes de indicadores de recuperación y riesgo de crédito.
- Realizar conciliaciones de saldos con clientes y resolver disputas de facturación.
- Apoyar en la mejora de procesos de cobranza y políticas de crédito

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en atención al cliente, logística o transporte.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente bajo presión.
- Orientado al cliente, con una actitud positiva y pasión por brindar un excelente servicio.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos
