**Financial Administrator**

**Location**: Medellín (Hybrid)

**Contract Type**: Permanent / Full-time

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Financial Administrator** to join our team in Medellín. This role is essential to ensure the financial health of our organization through efficient billing, collections, accounts management, and reporting. If you have a background in finance or accounting and enjoy working with numbers, this opportunity is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage **billing** and **collections** processes.
- Oversee **Accounts Payable** and **Accounts Receivable** operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using **QuickBooks**.
- Prepare and update **financial reports** to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide administrative support for financial operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in billing, collections, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in **QuickBooks**.
- Advanced **Excel** skills (pivot tables, formulas, report automation).
- Strong reporting and financial analysis skills.
- Professional english level
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **Bonus**: Experience in the **logistics industry**.
