**Job Title: Payment Coordination Analyst**
**Location**: Medellín
**Work Type**: Hybrid
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday
**Contract Type**: Permanent

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute payment processes in line with company protocols.
- Verify records of completed payments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Manage premium collections and account receivables efficiently.
- Generate and maintain policy account statements and related financial documentation.
- Maintain effective communication with internal departments regarding payment discrepancies or client inquiries.

**Required Qualifications**
- Ongoing or completed university studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Intermediate English proficiency (approximately 60%).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
