As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role within the Community Programs team and will have extensive collaboration with corporate, regional, product marketing, product management, and Global Client Experience teams. The Community team focuses on implementing and managing client facing programs to support client retention and engagement. Team members work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and interface directly with clients.

You will help support the development and execution of new client community programs to help our clients move to Learn Ultra. This will include working closely with the product management team. You will help manage and execute programs to support our clients moving to Learn Ultra including promoting the programs and recruiting clients to participate. You will also be responsible for measuring and tracking overall engagement. Additionally, this role will support the client awards program, the Catalyst Awards. Core to this role is the ongoing management, execution, and promotion of various Ultra Programs.

Specific responsibilities will include:

- Managing, developing, and promoting Learn Ultra-related client programs
- Recruiting clients to participate in individual programs
- Supporting the strategy and plan to help clients move to Ultra in a 1: many formats in partnership with the Product Mgt. team and Global Client Experience team
- Executing campaigns to promote Ultra programs, with the goal of increasing registrations and attendance
Working with the Global Client Experience team and Field teams to promote registrations for target accounts
- Supporting tasks as needed on the Community Site, as well as managing client programs on the site
- Working on Catalyst Awards which may include helping with the promotion, content and communications, internal reviews, awards event logistics, awards ordering, and promotion of stories through various channels
- Supporting various tasks including the awards luncheon and winner recognition video at the annual user community conference
- Managing reporting and measurement of all programs working closely with the Business Analytics team
- This role requires approximately 5% travel
- Required _skills_/_qualifications_:_
- Fluency in written and spoken English at B2 level or above
- 5-7 years of total work experience with applicable B2B product, customer, or field marketing background preferably in the IT or Education industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience developing proactive marketing campaigns and programs
- Familiarity with principles of content marketing and customer marketing
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets - Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- A can-do attitude with passion and enthusiasm
- Proactive and resourceful
