We are looking for a fully bilingual Marketing Manager & Front Desk Operator. You will be provided a base salary and commissions according to the results and sales derived from you marketing campaigns.

We are consulting and administrative services firm that is focused in providing services to small and medium sized construction business in the United States and you will commission a percentage of those monthly construction contract sales. Your salary could reach as high as 10 to 15 million Colombian Pesos depending on your performance.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of a bachelors degree in related administrative or marketing areas.

2. 5-10 years of experience working in marketing campaigns, dealing with customer service, and managing calendars.

3. Fully bilingual. Can speak English and Spanish fluently.

4. Experienced in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and Social Media Campaigns

5. Sales experience is vital

6. Pro-active ready to work in a team and always willing to come up with a solution

Your Responsibilities:
1. Create and Manage Marketing Campaigns for our customer

2. Manage our customers calendar

3. Plan out the weekly schedule with our project manager and sales agent

4. Receive all incoming company calls and redirect as needed

5. Create brand recognition for our customer

6. Provide five star customer service

**Salary**: $2,500,000 - $10,000,000 per month
