- Rappi’s Restaurant Advertisement product kicked-off in the second half of 2020, the Ads product currently serves on a monthly basis thousands of restaurant Brands. During 2021 the Ads team built and launched new product versions to scale even more. The platform and App Ad space is fueling a new disruption in the marketing industry as Ad investments not only allow for a targeted audience reach but also track complete funnel data. We're looking for a talented Marketeer to help us to shape the future of this advertisement solution for restaurant partners across Rappi.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for RappiAds product suite.
- Manage partners and agencies (creative agency and media agency) for planning, execution, optimization of the RappiAds B2B marketing plan. Build best in class go-to-market strategies and campaigns that enhance adoption of our products.
- Work with the content team to align the main messages across multiple channels (CRM, website).
- Produce outstanding product communications, from marketing campaigns to sales materials (pitches, videos, testimonials) aligned with the value proposition of the product.
- Organise internal processess to make sure the execution of marketing initiatives run smoothly
- Work with the restaurant partners, data and commercial team to develop case studies.
**Key Requirements**:
- Your Experience/traits:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business or similar, and a proven ability in quantitative fields
- 8+ years of marketing experience preferably in B2B fields in a fast-paced oriented environment. Developing and executing marketing initiatives for merchants, small businesses or restaurant partners.
- You have worked with commercial teams aligning the marketing strategy with the commercial capabilities.
- Have experience selecting and working with media agencies (both offline and online) to choose the right media mix to reach your target audience.
- Strong business insight; problem solver with project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (including presentation skills) and the ability to engage and influence others.
- Experience of building positive working relationships and collaborating with other teams.
- A strong customer-centric approach - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with our product.
- Hands on and can do attitude. You like solutions :)
- The ability to take the initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist approach
