**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.based healthcare roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and account leads to understand specific role requirements and hiring priorities.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in U.S. recruitment (preferably healthcare).
- Strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices, work authorizations, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using ATS systems and job portals.
- Willingness to work in the U.S. Shift.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with direct clients
- Prior exposure to healthcare recruitment.
- Goal-oriented with strong time management skills.
