**RedValley, the fast-growing company in Medellín,** is looking for a detailed, English-speaking, and proactive _Data Analyst_ to join our team of rockstars in building dashboards and reports from multiple data sources using Looker Studio.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, integrating data from various sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights through effective visualizations.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.
- Create and maintain documentation for dashboard functionality and data sources.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Continuously improve data reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with software development teams and key stakeholders to define the best approaches for sourcing data required for reporting.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on building custom reports for key company stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio and experience integrating data from multiple sources in customized dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with SQL and other data manipulation tools/languages.
- Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (C1+), with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with Google Workspace productivity and collaboration tools.
- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Familiarity with other data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
