**Position Overview**

This role is ideal for someone early in their data career who is comfortable working in **English at a B2+ level or higher**
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources (Excel, databases, internal systems)
- Perform basic data analysis and create reports to support business operations
- Communicate findings clearly to team members in both English and [Second Language]
- Help monitor and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets
- Work closely with different departments (clinical, operations, billing) to understand data needs
- Assist in identifying trends, errors, and areas for improvement using data
- Document processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English**:

- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, SQL, CRM platforms)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
