**ABOUT ACTIVATION WITHIN AFLORE**:
Aflore's mission is to bring financial inclusion through a portfolio of digital products that are tailor-made for our customers and network of Financial Advisors. The Growth team is responsible for designing and implementing the strategies that will mantain current users and bring new ones

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**:

- Work alongside growth team, developing and owning go-to-market strategies, ensuring the activation of new users into the app.
- Create a culture of learning, and encouraging tests and trials that constantly move our go-to-market execution forward.
- Analyze and ideas execution of the go-to-market strategies across the full activation funnel vision to increase conversion and make decisions leading to its improvement.
- Serve as the liaison between acquisition, retention and commercial teams by translating knowledge and data into insights and active users.
- Own your data set. You will define how your data is collected and used.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**:
Required:

- 5-7 years of work experience.
- Experience in new user activation on startups.
- Experience designing and scaling go-to-market campaigns from scratch.
- Strong problem solving mindset, finding, designing and executing solutions to achive goals.
- Ability to communicate and work in Spanish.
- Passion for the mission of bringing financial inclusion to the Latin American middle classes.

You will stand out if you can demonstrate:

- Experience in one of the following: high-growth startups, management consulting, data science, fintech marketing or growth product management.
- Experience setting up new marketing tools (Customer.io, Twilio,etc) and ability to write SQL queries

**Location**: Offices in Bogotá, Colombia. Remote work.
