**Job Description**:
The Associate Media Manager must work to **identify improvement opportunities**, update processes and creatively develop new initiatives, projects and methodologies to improve the overall operation.
This is a role with massive impact in two different scopes:
1) Co-owning, building, developing, and expanding one or more digital disciplines, across all hubs, constantly reviewing team needs, regarding platform trainings, internal initiatives, and organizational climate, to make sure teams work happy and smoothly

2) Leading agency support focused team of about 3 Supervisors with their corresponding activation/operations teams.

As a Associate Media Manager, you will support, serve, and **lead your team to excellence**.

**Qualifications**:
What do yo need to be part of our team?
- 3 + years in team management/leading.
- 4 years of experience managing multiple digital media platforms, including bid’s management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations platforms.
