- Lead Generation and Management: Actively engage in lead generation tasks, including inbound and outbound leads.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries, handling calls and conducting follow-up outreach.
- Sales and Quoting: Accurately assess client needs, provide detailed quotes for services, and close sales with professionalism and efficiency.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective clients to ensure a smooth transition to service delivery.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Communication: Must be fluent in English with a North American or a very neutral accent. Exceptional verbal communication skills are required.
- Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
**Compensation and Work Environment**:
- Pay Structure: This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive wage.
