**Requisitos**:
- Ser estudiante, Tecnólogo(a) en Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Comunicación, o carreras afines.
- Tener mínimo 1 año de experiência en áreas de servicio a clientes corporativos.
- Estar radicado(a) en Antioquia, preferiblemente en el área Metropolitana.
ACTIVIDADES A DESARROLLAR
- Brindar capacitaciones permanentes en el uso de la plataforma.
- Vender los servicios adicionales de la plataforma.
- Realizar seguimiento permanente a los clientes.
- Identificar, filtrar y escalar las oportunidades de mejora de la plataforma.
- Garantizar la prestación del servicio para los clientes asignados.
