We are searching for the best talent for **Finance Controller Northern Cluster** to be in **Bogotá, Colombia.**

**Purpose**:
The Finance Controller will lead the Finance Controlling & Compliance Journey in MedTech Northern Cluster, sustainably strengthening its culture. He or she will report to the Clusters’ Finance Director and will support the Business on constantly taking decisions with applicable regulation and internal policies/guides (Legal, Procurement, Internal Controls, Finance, etc.). It will also be part of this role strengthening the team’s knowledge, competence, and controls, including follow-ups of Management Action Plans.

**You will be responsible for**:

- The Finance Controller will work with the Business on various support activities, which may include but not be limited to the following:

- Act as a guardian of Compliance governance, guiding the agenda to guarantee roadmap´s outcomes implemented and bring critical issues discussions, anticipating risks and opportunities to Compliance Committee.
- Sustain a control and compliance culture through change management initiatives and capabilities development.
- Leverage technology and data to better serve our team and improve compliance processes adherence.
- Lead regional integration and standardization through a quarterly compliance governance one clear strategy and guarantee compliance Journey agenda implementation.
- Coordinate the Compliance Journey in with primary Medical NC, stakeholders’ control and compliance frameworks are executed as designed:

- Delivering Operational Excellence
- Partners with Finance Business Unit Teams, Compliance, Global Services/ Procurement and Tax in driving further efficiencies while benchmarking/aligning with the regional team. Drive simplification, standardization, & Execution of Key Compliance processes to drive efficiencies across the enterprise.
- Maintain financial health and ensure compliance with accounting process and tax processes for the Business.
- Continue transparency to all critical stakeholders in reviews with Global Services, Operations.
- Risks Assessments and Monitoring
- Monitor all compliance KPIs and carry out day-to-day tasks such as data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide the organization with control and compliance information such as trends, audit results and metrics reporting at forums such as management reviews.
- Monitor and communicate compliance across the service delivery landscape to ensure policies and guides are understood and followed and any corrective actions or risk mitigation activities are effectively implemented.
- Action Plan implementation
- Implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), Design of Controls, and facilitation of CAP status & updates.
- Guarantee Action Plan implementation by their owners.
- Drive Continuous Improvements agenda including developing and standardizing processes, systems and ways of working to strengthen Company process and compliance environment

- Support the process to keep strengthening our control environment and compliance culture.
- Design a communication strategy to guarantee team engagement
- Guarantee the implementat
