We are searching the best talent for **Janssen Business Unit Finance Supervisor** to be in **Bogotá, Colombia.**

**Purpose**:
Oversees daily departmental activities of the Business Unit Finance team supporting financial planning and analysis, forecasting and budgeting. Prepares analysis and evaluations of the business' operating results and prepares short
- and long-range forecasts for all aspects of the business' operations.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support the Janssen LAN Commercial team in periodic and ad-hoc financial performance reviews and analysis. Partner with CVTL and other commercial leaders to support them in financial decision always looking to maximize value creation and access of our medicines to patients.
- Primary Business Finance Partner for Peru and Ecuador Commercial Director and teams.
- Support the transformation of the Janssen LAN into SIGNIFY.
- Lead the Long-range Financial Plan process for LAN.
- Key contributor of Business Plan and subsequent cycles updates for LAN. Identifies critical factors affecting profitability and evaluates the potential to achieve profit results consistent with Company goals.
- Lead the Gross-to-net forecast and monitoring. Supports with financial leadership in Pricing decisions and recommendations ensuring adequate management of gross margins while balancing access and the competitiveness of the company in the market.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Delivery to drive operational excellence while monitoring and optimizing working capital and maximizing cashflow.
- Maintain high standards of internal controls. Develops, evaluates and implements internal controls, financial policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications and requirements**

1) Education Level: BA/BS, Economist, Industrial Engineer.

2) Years of Experience: 3-5 Years of experience experience in financial planning & consolidations, Inventory/Cost Accounting, reporting and systems implementation, business partnering, or related business experience is required (actual and forecast reporting, P&L and B/S variance analysis).

3) Required skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

4) Required Experience: Knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis, Transfer Pricing, Cost Accounting, Internal Controls and Worldwide Financial Procedures

5) Language: Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)

6) Location of the role: Bogota
