The company established its leadership in electrophysiology by developing the first real-time, 3D cardiac mapping and navigation technology and the first electrophysiology catheter.
We are hiring the best talent for Biosense Webster Northern Cluster Marketing Lead located in the city of Bogotá, Colombia (Relocation Not Applicable).
**General Summary**
Owner for the Marketing strategic frame for BW within Latam Northern Cluster (Colombia, Puerto Rico, VeneCenca and Dominican Republic).
Collaborates with the discovery, development, and marketing functions to search for new targets through systematic assessment of market trends, unmet customer needs and competitive activity. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute local BU Marketing strategy within the organization in partnership with J&J regional and local stakeholders supporting business objectives and long-term business unit growth, developing new concepts and approaches for the market, including value added programs to shape the market, identifying crafts networks of KOLs to build strategic relationships for driving brand objectives.
- Responsible for strategic pricing and portfolio management with a profitability focus.
- Responsible for creating and support demand generation activities in the market.
- Analyzes key performance indicators and financial reports such as budget, commercial policy, price, conducts and evaluates extensive market research and test market activities.
- Develop Biosense Webster NPI marketing plans with clear value propositions, reasons to believe as well as commercialization strategies for planned product launches in accordance with the Launch Excellence process (LEX). Ensure that product launches are aligned with the regional strategy and fulfill financial requirements including pricing, GP, inventory levels and revenue.
- Partner with LEX PMO to supervise progress in launch preparations and execution and help removing roadblocks.
- Performs advanced sales and competitive analysis identifying market opportunities by establishing priorities and recommends a process of obtaining intelligence information.
- Partner with Local & Regional ProfEd and CommEd teams to support local existing and new products adoption.
- Identify and execute digital solutions attending and overseeing the transformation of BW and J&J, looking for solutions to our customers and stakeholders.
- Lead and support NC initiative attending to Market and internal/external customer educational needs, aligned with products and technologies pipeline for each market.
- Forecasts demand and participates in review of sales forecasts for assigned product line.
- Support the development of marketing capabilities in the cluster.
**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Knowledge / Experience in health industry is required. Marketing skills are required. Experience in Electrophysiology and Medical Devices is a plus.
- At least +4 years of leadership experience with proven track record of achieving business results in exciting business environments.
- University / Bachelor’s Degree, MBA degree preferred.
- Validated experience in the following critical business proficiencies: Analysis, Customer/Market Knowledge, Marketing Execution, Business Planning and Financial Competence.
