**We are looking for a passionate IT Specialist out there**
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Provide support across all departments and modules.
- Training and remote assistance: Assist staff internally with setup and configurations.
- Help manage Internal I.T. Ticketing System.
- Reporting: Assist staff with running, customizing, and scheduling reports.
- Assist staff with customer data, creating product codes, inventory items, receipts/orders, mapping fields for importing various file types.
- All other duties assigned.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as IT Support or related field.
- Strong Technical Skills.
- Project Management Skills desirable.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Student or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or Software or related field.
- B2 - C1 English Level, be able to write, speak and listen to a native American speaker.
**Knowledge and certificates**:
- CargoWise Certification Level of CSS/CCP desirable.
- Knowledge in systems administration.
