**BUSINESS ANALYST**

**Ubicación**: Remoto desde Colombia
**Horario**: Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. (Hora Central)
**Nível de estudios requerido**: Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Sistemas de Información o áreas afines
**Inglés**: Nível avanzado B2 + C1

**Objetivo del cargo**:
El Business Analyst es responsable de identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, sistemas y estrategias mediante el análisis de datos, levantamiento de requerimientos y colaboración transversal. Su principal objetivo es traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones efectivas que generen valor y eficiencia.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Recopilar, analizar y documentar requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales.
- Evaluar procesos actuales y proponer mejoras basadas en datos y buenas prácticas.
- Desarrollar modelos de negocio, flujos de procesos y documentación técnica.
- Colaborar con equipos de TI, operaciones y stakeholders para implementar soluciones.
- Realizar análisis de datos para apoyar decisiones estratégicas.
- Preparar informes, presentaciones y dashboards para comunicar hallazgos.
- Participar en la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de transformación digital.
- Monitorear KPIs y métricas clave para evaluar el impacto de las iniciativas.

**Habilidades**
Hard skills
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência como Business Analyst o en roles similares.
- Experiência en análisis de procesos, gestión de proyectos o inteligencia de negocios.
- Dominio avanzado de Excel, Power BI, SQL y herramientas de análisis de datos.
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban). (Es un plus)
- Familiaridad con herramientas de modelado de procesos (BPMN, UML) (es un plus)

- Pensamiento analítico y estratégico.
- Comunicación efectiva y habilidades interpersonales.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar múltiples prioridades.
