**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Data Analysis and Reporting**: Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze data, generate insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- ** Methodology Enhancement**: Evaluate existing methodologies, propose improvements, and implement changes to optimize business operations.
- ** Proposal Evaluation**: Assist in the evaluation and development of proposals, leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with teams from different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- ** Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
- ** Self-Starter**: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to completion.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Proficient in data analysis and able to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- ** User Stories**: Experience in writing clear and concise user stories to capture and communicate business requirements.
- ** Wireframing/Mockups**: Practical knowledge of wireframing tools and ability to create detailed mockups.
- ** SQL Proficiency**: Familiarity with SQL for querying databases (select statements, joins, functions).
- ** Business Process Diagrams**: Experience in creating flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, system context diagrams, use case diagrams, and DFDs.
- ** Project Management**: Demonstrated capability in independently managing multiple complex projects as a Business Analyst.
- ** Tools Awareness**: Familiarity with requirement gathering tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps / TFS, Axure RP, etc.
