The Consumer Health Global Plan Excellence (GPEx) is recruiting for an ONES4 **Source Indirect Procurement Lead (M/F/d)**

Consumer Health GPEx is an organization responsible for the support of critical Consumer PLAN initiatives and is pivotal to the successful evolution of the PLAN function globally. This organization is structured around the development of People, Process, Technology, and Metrics standards and their effective deployment across our businesses through key programs, initiatives, and systemic changes

This position will manage ONES4 Indirect Procurement process implementation brining value to the business

Will work in close collaboration with the business planning teams ensuring strong adoption of new capabilities/processes

The role will be responsible for articulating and administering deployment of the vision, roadmap and capability set needed across the deliver ERP space to meet the business needs into the future. Key to this will be working with the technology team to define what capability set should be developed/supported in or outside the ERP as we strive for harmonization and modularity

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Indirect Procurement Processes design within ONES4 program.
- Ensure process designed supports digital first company vision
- Lead process design execution ensuring flawless execution
- Assist with governance of SOURCE process (Indirect Procurement), ensuring a Global process design approval
- Owns capability/process/functionality detail design ensuring business needs are meet and global alignment

The Indirect Procurement Lead will support the program by working with the local, regional and global function leaders to coordinate the effective definition, development, testing and flawless adoption and go lives of our new deliver S4 capabilities.

Work closely with all global function functions, from Commercial, thought Supply Chain, to Finance and Quality to ensure a robust E2E solution and template is documented and deployed for the consumer health business. This to support the key source/procurement strategic objectives.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required (Business/Computer Sciences o similar)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
- Results-orientated, out of the box thinking, practical, analytical, attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team-player

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Minimum of 5- 7 years of related Supply Chain/ Procurement experience is required.
- Must have strong ERP project and program experience in the

Source/Procurement areas - leading and driving core project deliverables.
- Outstanding stakeholder management experience and collaboration skills required.
- End to End thinking driving more coordinated processes.
- Experience on ERP implementation programs with SOURCE focus
- Experience on Ariba, eMarket Place programs coordination/ implementation.
- Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results.

**Preferred**:

- Clear understanding of external Supply Chain trends and emerging new practices
- Experience working with Quality, Plan and Procurement is preferred
- Experience working across more than one Source domain (Category area) is important.
- Experience in reference data operational processes and data lifecycle activities is preferred

**Other**:

- This role requires English language proficiency. Other Languages such as Spanish are nice to have.
- Requires up to 10 % travels, domestically and internationally.
