Lead Generation Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads across various channels, including corporate databases and trade show events.
- Establish and maintain new databases of leads and prospects.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to formulate and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Methodically analyze and report on lead generation metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay on top of industry trends and adhere to best practices for continuous improvement in lead generation efforts.
- Provide exemplary customer service to prospects and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple taks and projects to meet stringent deadlines
- Attend industry events and conferences, including trade shows, to engage in networking activities and generate new leads.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience and knowledge in Lead Generation and Sales.
- Prior experience working with Western companies is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to know how to identify quality Leads.
- Advanced level of English (C1-C2).
- Active US Visa.
