**What the job looks like?**
The Customer Support Officer (LATAM) will have the opportunity to:
- Process appropriate verification procedures according to client classifications (KYC).
- Be the first point of contact for existing clients and assist internally all other departments according to their needs.
**What will you need to be able to do the job?**
- At least 1 year experience in a Customer Support position in a regulated financial services company.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish language both written and oral.
- Deep Understanding and experience with financial products and ETDs such as Futures & Options, will be considered as a big advantage.
- College or university degree.
- Detail orientation, organization and communication skills.
- Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivation, and team spirit.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Flexible to work on public holidays on rotation.
