Located in Beverly Hills, California. We are looking for 10 strong Inside Sales Agents to grow within our software company. We are looking for leaders who can treat this as their own business. We provide one-on-one sales training. Learn how to grow your pipeline from day 3 of working here. Everything you need to succeed will be given to you in a script. 2 days of training are required prior to the hiring process.

Sales agents can earn up to $1000-$2000 US Dollars per month - Paid Biweekly. We are looking for self-motivated, hardworking go-getters. Working remote hours are from 7 am - 4 pm Monday to Friday. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Minimum 3 sale per day, average 5 sales per day, top performers 7-10 sales per day.
- Set up meetings between management and key clients - prospective and existing
- Develop strong relationships with key clients - earn their trust and develop a referral network
- Work with management to analyze prospective accounts/sales leads and report potential problems or opportunities
- Coordinate with Marketing to send out free promotional materials for campaigns
- Create detailed notes in the customer’s record about every interaction to follow up with later

**Experience/Education**
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business in order to meet company sales quotas. You will be responsible for developing and expanding business with existing and potential customers. You will be communicating with customers about the company's services, products, and promotions. You will be answering customer questions and providing solutions to customer complaints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, products, and company policies.
- Identify customer needs using our CRM system.
- Provide solutions to customer complaints. Provide appropriate solutions to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Keep track of current promotions, promotions, and prices, as well as new prices, discounts, and packages offered by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales.
- Experience in a lead generation field is a plus but not required (preferred).
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills required. Be able to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact. Be able to explain company policies in clear understandable terms while also being able to provide solutions to customer's specific needs such as billing discounts, payment options, etc.
