**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Paperwork Management**: Oversee and manage all HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Team Conversations**: Facilitate open communication across the organization, addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- **Team Leads Coaching**: Provide guidance and support to team leads to enhance their leadership skills and improve team performance.
- **Performance Reviews**: Coordinate and manage the performance review process, providing feedback and development plans to drive employee growth.
- **Employee Relations**: Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
- **HR Strategy Development**: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- **Compliance and Policies**: Ensure company policies and procedures are compliant with local laws and aligned with best practices.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a startup or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in** English and Russian**, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing team leads
