**RedValley, the coolest and fast-growing company**, is seeking an experienced _Recruiter_ to help guide our Recruitment team. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, prioritizing, communicating, and coordinating with internal and external clients, hiring managers, and other leaders within the vertical. We require an exceptional proactive, problem-solver, and goal-oriented rockstar to fulfill the roles as well as provide support to their team.

**What You'll Do**
- Perform a full-cycle recruitment process for positions assigned.
- Create and/or review job descriptions shared by hiring managers and clients.
- Create or evaluate processes for new clients in order to get their position fulfilled within the deadline specified.
- Implement new interview strategies and questions for interviews.
- Schedule meetings with hiring managers and clients to discuss the position details and/or any issues the role search is facing.
- Conduct interviews (individually and with clients/hiring managers).
- Evaluate and prevent deadlines that can’t be met.
- Update position information on the different platforms internally and externally.
- Keep spreadsheets updated for the monthly reports needed.
- Maintain an organized schedule for time management and prioritization.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Strong spoken and written English (C1 or better).
- 2+ years of experience in Full-cycle recruitment; experience with outsourcing companies and staffing agencies preferred.
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques, handling clients, problem-solving, and role-selling.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $3,000,000 - $3,500,000 per month
