As a **Logistics Coordinator,** you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Will need to contact drivers and dispatchers to get updates during the loads' pickup, transit, and delivery.
- Enter the updates into our system, and gather the information the customer is asking for.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to confront difficult situations.
- Computer skills (fast learner).

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Studies**: High School Degree is **required**. Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Logistics related.
- **Experience**: At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, logistics, international trade, tracking, dispatch, bilingual operations or any other related fields.
- **Language**:Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Medellín or Barranquilla. This position will be on site in WeWork Santa Fe.
- **Salary**: $ 2.500.000 COP.
