**IT Bilingual Recruiter / Reclutador Corporativo Bilingue de IT**
Job:
**Talent Acquisition**
Primary Location:
**Medellin, Colombia (EL Poblado)**
Schedule:
**7am-5pm Monday through Friday (no weekends)**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

**Qualifications**
- **Fluent English knowledge. **Able to read, write, but specially talk and understand in English.
- One (1) year sales or general work experience, 1+ years of recruiting preferred not required.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
- Bachelor's (preferred)
