**JOB TITLE: Construction Recruiter**

**LOCATION: 100% on-site, Office located in El Poblado, Medellin**

**TYPE: in-office**

**SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 7 am-5 pm (Colombian time)**

**TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent**

**PAY RATE: DOE + Colombian benefits.**

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred one (1) year of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of construction experience or strong understanding of construction roles, job functions, and industry-specific requirements.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
