**What You'll Do**

In this role, you will be essential in guiding patients through their health journey with personalized support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming an expert on our services to inform potential patients and assist them in navigating our platform.
  • Supporting patients from start to finish on their journey with us through various communication channels.
  • Collaborating closely with the management and clinical team to deliver seamless care.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.

**What You'll Bring**

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (advanced level is required)
  • At least 6 - 12 months of experience in customer service. Prior experience in healthcare is a big plus
  • A high school diploma is required; any health-related certifications are a plus.
  • A passion for health and wellness. You love helping others achieve their health goals
  • Excellent communication skills. You are a people person, listen well, explain things well, and troubleshoot problems easily.
