**Misión del cargo**:
Will be responsible of functional management of Business Process Coordination Accounts Payable & OCR Services for the hub CO.

**Funciones del cargo**:
Managing the projects / subprojects for the rollout of the incoming invoice workflow.
Support of SAP Rollout Projects.
Process analysis and identification of improvement potentials and their implementation in the Shared Service Centers worldwide.
Support the performance of the KPI’s and archiving annual team targets of SSC Accounts Payable hub CO. Implementing and further developing of the global continuous improvement concept for the Hub CO.
Contact for shared service accountants Accounts Payable Hub CO, international customers in case of technical problems or optimization issues. This area of responsibility presupposes that the employee is appropriately qualified in technical, linguistic, theoretical and intercultural terms.
Continuous process optimization by using the provided reports or by creating the appropriate reports. Solution finding and implementation planning, as well as implementation of automation/optimization measures.
Optimization of existing processes, adaptation to changed organizational structures and new conception of processes in the Purchase to Pay area. This includes the creation of process documentation and documents for GPC/IT as well as training materials, coordination with onboarding areas, conducting tests, training and introducing the new / changed processes into the production system.
Performance of tests, trainings and implementation of new/adjusted processes.
In addition to the listed tasks, there is an obligation to carry out individual orders on the instructions of the supervisor, which essentially belong to their activity or result from the operational necessity.

**Requisitos**:
3-5 years of experience on accounting activities or Process improvement/coordination required.
University degree Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or comparable

**English level**: is a must (C1)

**Other Language**: Portuguese is a plus
