(YM)COUTURE is a fast-growing fashion manufacturing company offering a variety of custom clothing services.

We are expanding our production capacity and are looking for a skilled professional to handle **Direct-to-Film (DTF)**, **Direct-to-Garment (DTG)**, and **Screen Printing** services for our clients.

We are looking for a versatile **DTF/DTG & Screen Printing Specialist** who can manage all aspects of printing on garments, from setup to execution. This individual will handle custom printing for our clients, ensuring top-notch quality and precision. The role involves working with different materials, designs, and methods to create high-quality, fashion-forward garments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain **DTF**, **DTG**, and **Screen Printing** machines to produce custom-printed garments.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand client needs and ensure accurate printing.
- Manage and prepare artwork files for printing, ensuring proper sizing, placement, and color accuracy.
- Perform quality checks to ensure each print meets YMcouture’s high standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and methods to offer the best solutions to clients.
- Manage inventory and ensure all printing supplies are stocked and maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with **DTF**, **DTG**, and **Screen Printing** processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on printing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Understanding of fashion and garment design is a plus.
