As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be integral to our finance team, ensuring the smooth planning, analysis, and reporting of financial activities to support the strategic objectives of the organization.

**Your Missions**:

- Conduct in depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to budgetary controls.
- Enhance financial processes by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
- Partner with regional teams to consolidate global financial data and ensure consistency.

**Your Profile**:

- Academic background: Degree in Finance
- less than 2 years as a Financial planing Analyst
- Experience with advanced financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Fluent English is required
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
