**APPOINTMENT SETTER REQUIRED**
- Part-Time/Hourly Position_

**About the Role**

As an Appointment Setter, you'll connect qualified leads with our financial advisors who specialize in retirement planning for educators and public service employees. This is a flexible, results-driven position perfect for students or anyone looking for meaningful part-time work.

**Your Daily Responsibilities**:

- Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest in our retirement planning services
- Schedule strategic meetings and appointments for our financial advisory team
- Maintain accurate records and provide excellent follow-up
- Collaborate closely with our team to optimize results

**What We Offer**:

- **Flexible Schedule**: Monday-Friday, calling hours between 7 AM - 6 PM PST (9 AM - 8 PM Colombia time)
- **Competitive Compensation**: $25,000 COP per appointment set + $35,000 COP bonus for confirmed attendance (paid weekly)
- **Average Earnings**: $100,000-$300,000 COP per week
- **Paid Training**: Comprehensive training provided (paid at end of week)

**Requirements**:

- Strong commitment and punctuality
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and create genuine connections
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn about retirement planning and financial services
- Sense of urgency and consistent follow-up abilities

**Training Schedule**: Paid training will be held **January 5th-9th** for 4 hours daily. Attendance is mandatory. _(In person and/or virtually)_
