- This position will be based in our Office in Medellín - Colombia in a full-in person work model. We are looking for local Talent_
**Main responsibilities**:
Support the Country Manager and Commercial Team into daily tasks, divided into three main pillars:
- Commercial Planning: in charge of the budgeting process and follow-up of forecasts of the commercial strategy, connecting with the Regional Director, Commercial and Investment teams for consolidation and continuous evaluation of the updates and review its alignment with strategy and goals. Also, leading of Salesforce implementation and the local management of the platform afterwards.
- Corporate Reporting for the JV with Bancolombia: Providing support and preparing reports (sales, marketing, strategy, financial, governance and operational), serving as a liaison with each of the internal teams (Investment, Corporate, Comercial) involved in the production of the data and information required for the reports or to answer requirements from Bancolombia.
- Commercial Support and PMO: Leading the preparation of discussion materials for the participation of the Country Manager in meetings with clients, trade groups, conferences, presentation of business opportunities, amongst others. Support the Sales team on requests from clients and internal requirements from corporate teams. Additionally, actively participate in different special projects related to the growth of Patria in Colombia.
**Main requirements**:
- **Experience**: At least one year of professional experience in a role related to the key responsibilities.
- **Potential Background**:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Economics.
- Experience in management consulting or financial services (middle or front office), both as an intern and after graduation.
- **Competences**:
- Problem-solving skills, initiative, and goal oriented.
- Deep skills for managing data, financial modeling, and presentation preparation.
- Strong communication skills, with capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal teams.
- Languages: Native in Spanish and fluent in English. Proficient in Portuguese is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
