We are currently hiring an Customer **Onboarding Specialist** to join our **Sales Department.**
The purpose of this role is to ensure a successful onboarding for new clients as they transition from prospective customer to paying customer. This is the most important phase of the customer lifecycle, and the **Customer** **Onboarding Specialist** is responsible for establishing the solid foundation that drives customers’ future successes. Onboarding Specialists work in conjunction with the sales team, specifically our Account Executives, who are in charge of closing deals for new customers.
**Successful Onboarders** have an obsession for accuracy, a passion for helping others and problem solving, a natural knack for sales, and a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. This mid-level position is the starting point for building a successful career at the company and in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry.
**Responsibilities**
Master the product through a formal onboarding program and continued learning.
Gather, analyze and process client data during data migrations.
**Requirements**:
- BA/BS/BE degree required
- Fluent in English language
- At least 1 year of Customer Onboarding Experience, **preferably at a SaaS company**:
- Thrive in startup culture: dealing with a fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.
- Related experience (Channel Management, Traveltech, SaaS, Marketplaces, etc)
- Accounting knowledge desired
