**Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)**

**About us**:
GoodRec started 3 years ago with a small community in Brooklyn, New York. Since, we have grown into the largest pickup sports app in North America. With the GoodRec app, finding a one-off pickup game, league, or tournament near you is fast and easy. All you have to do is tap the app, join a game, and show up ready to play

**What You'll Do**:
**Your responsibilities include**:

- Leading the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on identifying high-quality talent that aligns with GoodRec's values and goals.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

**The Ideal Profile**:

- A genuine passion for building teams and an understanding of the importance of culture fit.
- A hands-on, proactive approach, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in recruiting for fast-growing startups or high-growth environments is a plus.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in tech or high-growth industries.
- Proven success in managing multiple roles and meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Fluent in English.
